Another classic moment from the original trilogy comes when Luke, Han, and Chewbacca are seconds away from being tossed into the Sarlacc Pit on Tatooine. Boba Fett’s demise is witnessed down in the pit, as does Lando’s help in saving the three of them from Jabba the Hutt’s execution. What we’re seeing in these sequences is a desolate Yuma Desert in Arizona and its Buttercup Valley if you want to get specific.
