Rebel Moon: Zack Snyder Shares First Photos from His Revamped Star Wars Film

The first day of filming for the upcoming sci-fi adventure film Rebel Moon was announced by director Zack Snyder through social media.

Filming has begun on Zack Snyder’s upcoming sci-fi adventure film, Rebel Moon.

The cast and crew of the Netflix original series “Rebel Moon” began filming on July 12, 2019. The director shared three behind-the-scenes photos from the first day of production. It’s started, the filmmaker wrote in the caption, offering a sneak peek at the remodeled Star Wars film.

After director James Gunn released official concept art for the film in December 2021, Snyder’s images provide the first official glimpse of the sci-fi spectacle. “We’re well into preproduction, and we’re looking at principal photography in a few months,” he wrote in the caption.

The planet was inhabited before the Earth was by an ancient race known as the Feraen, who possessed a powerful link to animals. When they were assailed by the armies of Belisarius, their world was turned upside down.
